Informed consent
Purpose: The purpose of filling out this form is to provide data necessary for the fulfilment of administrative, management and scientific tasks of the Research Unit on Governance, Competitiveness and Public Policies (GOVCOPP).
Confidentiality: All data collected will be treated confidentially. Only the technical support members, the members of the GOVCOPP Coordination Board and the Researchers duly identified by the Research Unit for this purpose will analyse the data collected.
Storage and access to collected data: The data you provide will be stored in computerized databases.
