Application Form for Student Exchange Programmes at the University of Aveiro

To apply for a Student Exchange Program at the University of Aveiro you will need these documents:

  1. learning agreement, signed by you and your home university;
  1. transcript of records (in English) from your home university;

All the required documents must be in PDF format (200dpi minimum resolution, paper size A4, scale 100%), to be correctly uploaded.

Deadline for application

  • first semester and all year enrollment (Autumn, September-January): May 31st;
  • second semester enrollment (Spring, February-June): November 15th;
  • traineeship: 6 weeks before intended begin of traineeship.

 

Please note: Will be accepted only the Learning agreements signed and full filled:

  • General information of the student and both institutions complete;
  • The courses units must be directly associated with the field of study and department (of the IIA) and must account at least for half of the total ECTS workload;
  • Mobility type and duration
  • Planned period of mobility following the academic calendar;
  • Table A and table B filled;
  • Component codes;
  • Semester, ECTS and total of ECTS;
  • Level and language competence;
  • Signature of the student and sending institution.
